Intensive Technique Classes at Meadow Mill

These classes will be held in the upstairs Yoga studio at Meadow Mill. Classes are $15 for one, $25 for both (pay in advance, no refunds), on-line sales end July 4th at 11pm. $17.50/$30 at the door.

7 to 9:30pm Level III & IV Progressive
Elements of the Piper Method curricula for Level III and IV will be reviewed for posture and form and then practiced with increasing speed, layering and complexity.
